The bonded warehouses AND custodians are required to sell the unclaimed/ un-cleared/ abandoned cargo lying in their custody in order to recover their dues and to remit the custom duty to the Government.

Valuation of such cargo is required to be done under Section 48 of the Customs Act with a view to estimate the realizable value. We have over the years gained the experience and the expertise to value such imported goods, lying with the custodians spread across India.

Our experience and Reports are backed by actual Auction Data that we conduct to assist the custodians in disposing the Cargo.
