Business Development Department in Valuation Consulting Services
and Enforcement Agency Services under the Securitization Act
2002.

Role
|
The
role will involve all aspects of sales administration, from
communicating across the business, targeting new clients that
would essentially include Banks/ FI/ Custom and other Government
Departments/ Corporate Clients Etc to maintaining the sales
database. You will play a key role in organizing the business
development department as regards Valuation Consulting. The
role will be varied and challenging and you will require a
blend of organisational and interpersonal skills to succeed.

We
are seeking Inspection Engineers from Civil/ Electrical and
Mechanical Engineering discpline for our Valuation Consulting
Division and Enforcement Agency services under the Securitization
Act 2002.

Role
|
The
role will involve inspection and reporting the Technical specifications
in the required formats. Civil Engineers are required to take
physical measurements of the assets and submit the drawing
on AUTOCAD.
The engineers will work in close co-ordination with value
analyst in finalizing the value to be reported. We shall impart
training as regards the technical parameters to be considered
and recorded.

Hands
on use of computers including Word and Excel. Excellent communicator

at client end. Know how of AUTOCAD is preferred for Civil
Engineers.
