A professional associated with Valuation field for more than two decades and is presently the Managing Director of BMCL. He is an Electrical Engineer with Masters in Business Administration. He is a Certified Professional Engineer, a Chartered Engineer, and the founder president of the Practicing Valuers Association (India). He is a Candidate member of American Society of Appraisers. His areas of expertise include Machinery and Equipment Valuation.

He has authored the first book by an Indian author, “Valuation of Machinery & Plant Handbook”. He was a faculty in First year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Valuation of Machinery & Plant (PGDV) organized by IES College of Architecture, Mumbai. He is invited to address and train officers at different levels on the intricate aspects of Valuation by National Insurance Academy, L.I.C. of India, National Academy of Direct Taxes, and Training Institute for Appraisers of Customs.

As a valuer he is qualified by virtue of extensive training, practical skills and a broad variety of Machinery and Equipment Valuation Experiences. He has testified on many occasions before the Appellate Tribunal of Income Tax in matters relating to Capital Gains Tax computation and has given expert witness testimony before the Hon. Courts at Panvel, Alibaug in Land Acquisition cases.

Shri S. R. Paradkar, B. ARCH, FIV
Wealth Tax Registration No: Cat /I/ 167 of 1988

A qualified Architect and a Registered Valuer under the Wealth Tax Act, Mr Paradkar has been associated with the Company for the last two decades. He is one of the Independent Directors of the Company and has been involved in Real Estate Valuation Assignment.

He has valued a wide variety of residential (apartment, cooperative, condominium, luxury high-rise, garden apartment) retail (taxpayers, strip, neighborhood & community centers) commercial (urban and suburban office buildings) and industrial properties as narrative Valuation reports for various purposes, including mortgage financing, liquidation, Capital Gains and estate planning purposes.

He is one of the Promoter Members and Treasurer of the Practising Valuers Association (India), and actively takes part in organizing all Continuing Educational Programs and Seminars.

Since 2001, he has been actively engaged in the real estate business specializing in Valuation and valuation consultation. He is one of the Promoter Directors of BMCL and currently heads the ‘Real Property Valuations’ AND ‘Auctions’ division at BMCL. He has broad experience in performing valuations and consulting projects for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to the following Asset Based lending, Portfolio Valuation, Insurance, Financial and Tax Reporting, Liquidations, Capital Gains, Mesne Profit/ Royalty, Probate etc.

He has valued a varied asset classes including residential projects, retail stores, commercial and industrial properties (warehouses, factories), vacant land tracts as narrative Valuation reports. He has testified before the Courts of Panvel, Alibaug and the Small Causes Court in matters pertaining to Land Acquisition and Mesne Profit.


Shri Sanjay Muthe, B.Com, FCA

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has more than two decades of experience in Indian Financial Services Industry. He is also a Life Member of the Practicing Valuers Association (India) and has considerable industry Exposure in valuing closely held businesses as going concern and valuation of stocks and book debts (Raw Material, Semi-finished Goods and Finished Goods) on physical inspection.

In the past two decades he has developed particular expertise in valuations of valuation services for family-owned and closely-held businesses, professional practices, limited liability companies, corporations and partnership for Merges Acquisitions and foreign equity participation.

He is an Independent Director on the Board of Best MLYANKAN Consultants Ltd and heads the Business and Intangible Asset Valuations. As an appraiser he brings a unique skill level in analyzing business issues for developing an opinion of value for a business or business assets.
