Our Real Estate Valuation services are used regularly by Developers, Lenders, Investors and PE funds seeking advice on their existing projects, proposed acquisitions and even for assets under liquidation. One of our Principal Valuers holds the highly regarded ASA designation conferred by the American Society of Appraisers AND the Eminent RICS designation conferred by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. The Other Principal Valuers are registered under the Wealth Tax Act and are also associated with one of these organizations working towards a professional designation.
BMCL is also one of the first valuation companies to have been graded by a rating agency in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations for REMF/REIT. We have been assigned an Investment Grade- ‘Grade-3’ by the credit rating agency CRISIL, reflecting our ability to provide fair property valuations as ‘Good’.
